Purpose of the post:
Under the supervision of the Head of Office, the incumbent performs secretarial functions.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Completion of secondary education. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or other relevant field preferred.
Strong knowledge and skills in using internet and office management software applications, such as MSWord, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Familiarity with database management and knowledge of protocol
At least six years of secretarial work experience, some of which should be at a senior secretarial level.
Excellent written and spoken English/Nepali skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships, both within and outside the organization.
