YLC – Because we believe in khalbali

At the School of Leadership (SOL), we believe in going beyond appearances and giving people and nations the opportunity to see each other for what they actually are rather than what they think they are.
SOL brings you a seven-day residential training conference, Young Leaders Conference, in Karachi from December 26 to January 1. As a participant, you will get to meet with a mind-boggling variety of the-great and the-to-be-great. <>br The registration fee for the program is $500. All applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and a total of 350 applicants will be selected from all over the world.

Program:
DAY 1 – Pukaar (The call)

YLC is a promise, a journey and a destination. Join us on this journey to discover who you are and where you belong in the world.

DAY 2 – Khirad (Digging deeper)

We dig deeper into ourselves to explore love, goodness and beauty. You will be stumbling upon new and dynamic perspectives on art, philosophy and religion. Prepare to be shocked to the core as you realise that your thoughts and feelings go deeper than what you may have given them credit for.

DAY 3 – Tasheeh (Raising awareness)

We delve into the theme of cultural diversity. You will begin to appreciate the role empathy plays in building bridges between people of different races, ethnicities and beliefs.

DAY 4 – Qalaam (A pot full of change)

This is where you learn to blend education, activism and political awareness to concoct remedies for national maladies. You will be stormed with activities and will emerge having learnt a little bit about the rise and fall of nations.

DAY 5 – Irtiqa (Meet the changemakers)

This is the day to invent, explore and meet people who have left their mark on the world’s map. Your thoughts have the potential to transform the world around you. Trust your instincts and follow your dreams to create a world where entrepreneurship and technology are used to change lives.

DAY 6 – Hadaf(The vision)

This is when you chart out the path that you want your life to take. Remember that you will never achieve that which you do not plan to achieve. Greatness won’t simply fall into lap – you have to pursue it. Let us teach you how to begin running your life rather than letting your life run you.

DAY 7 – Aghaz-e-khalbali! (The revolution!)

When you are fully aware of the possibilities within you, the sky is the limit to what you can achieve.
