Apply at Dhaka University National Model United Nations 2013
The first session of DUNMUN was held from December 23 to December
26, 2012 organized by Dhaka University Model United Nations Association
(DUMUNA). DUMUNA works for the intellectual and creative development of
Dhaka University students under the concept of United Nations assemblies
and also organizes workshop for the students around the country. There
were more than 250 delegates from different schools, colleges and
universities around the country joined in six committees at the first
DUNMUN session. With a blasted opening ceremony, the conference began
with the theme ‘Towards Developing Global Partnership for
Sustainability’. To develop its social activities to expand the
conference experience beyond committee cultural programs were there and
along with the delegates the members of the host Model UN Club also
joined.
This year, DUNMUN will be holding its 2nd annual session under the theme of ‘Uphold humanity, Attain Peace- Ensuring human rights: the way to global peace and prosperity’. We think this theme will encourage our participants to engage with the up and coming problems and potential solutions of the 21st Century, and to embrace the complexities related to humanity issues of our changing world. As the conference moves into its 2nd year, it has been going to be international. Delegated from different countries of the world will come and join the simulation game. This year the event is going to be more giant, exclusive and entertaining. Venue is nothing other than the Dhaka University campus itself.

Delegate Fee US$30 or 1500 BDT per delegate (non-refundable)
